Established in 2017, Artspace ZIP is an exhibition venue that has continuously introduced multi-generational artists rooted in Gwangju alongside their compelling works. Engaging with contemporary art currents, the gallery discovers and nurtures artists grounded in the region, fostering active dialogues with both domestic and international art scenes. Through multifaceted initiatives—including participations in prominent art fairs, curated exhibitions, collaborative art projects, cultural arts education, and publications—Artspace ZIP explores new trajectories for expanding the horizons of regional visual culture.
