1. Effectiveness and Changes to the Terms<\/strong>
\nThese terms become effective when the User accesses and uses the Site. The Site may amend these terms as necessary, and any changes will take effect once posted on the Site. Changes will become effective 7 days after posting, and significant changes will be notified in advance.<\/p>\n

2. Provision and Modification of Services<\/strong>
