Since its founding in 2013, Gallery Wonsam has participated in art fairs across China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Europe, and the United States. It has also arranged numerous solo exhibitions for its affiliated artists at overseas galleries and has organized group exhibitions.
Despite difficulties in collaborating with the Chinese market and other overseas countries due to the THAAD deployment in Korea and the COVID-19 pandemic, the gallery has successfully maintained partnerships with galleries in China and other nations.
Although the gallery has experienced setbacks in domestic performance due to its focus on overseas exhibitions, it expects improvements in the future.
In 2023, Gallery Wonsam participated in major international art fairs, including Art Basel Hong Kong, LA Art Show, Shanghai Contemporary, Art Beijing, and Art Shanghai. The gallery plans to continue actively promoting solo and group exhibitions for its artists abroad.
